"Even though by law you are allowed to travel with service pets. Checking in we were told that if we left her in the room alone they would charge us pet fees. Not only was that embarrassing but they also lectured us on if we need a service animal we need them always. We were there for a concert and it was raining so we left her one night.3hrs. "It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again."

"Room was good. Beds were awesome. Bathroom was very clean. Only complaint carpet was very dirty and has old cigarette burns in it. Front desk ladies were very pleasant and helpful. Will most likely be back."

"The property is in a perfect location. You can walk to anywhere you want to go in Gatlinburg. We have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff is always helpful and friendly but we did notice this year that the rooms are getting a little tired and could use a refresh. They are clean but some of the furniture (chair in the king room) are stained and the beds are not as comfortable as they have been in the past. The rooms are very quiet which is nice. "My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the quiet on‑site bar with its great drink selection and ended up visiting every night except Sunday when it was closed. The restaurant was only open for breakfast during our stay, which was a bit confusing, but not a deal‑breaker. We loved that the property is tucked away from downtown yet still close enough to enjoy everything. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily stay again."
