"Great place to stay prior to AM flight out. Very clean. Excellent breakfast.....full breakfast! Shuttle to the airport was on time and ready to go. Front desk guys were very helpful on restaurant recs. Note: There are really no restaurants within walking distance. Location seems to be industrial..... So dine before arriving or you can Uber out. There is a restaurant in the hotel also."

"Room is outdated. No accessible outlet. We did not have the body wash, had to call for it. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and accommodating. I forgot his name. "If you need somewhere to stay near the Oriente station or the airport the placement of the hotel is ideal. There are good restaurant options within walking distance and Guilty was also good the hotel has a musty/damp odor though and our air conditioner was leaking water from condensation in the room enough to create a large puddle by the door by morning."

"It’s the little things that matter sometimes. The concierge was so nice to help get a wheelchair for my mother to help get her around. The bartenders always greeted us with a smile and little snacks to enjoy while having a drink. One server my mom thought was so great she offered if he ever came to the states to come visit and stay in her guest room whenever he wanted lol. "We stayed here on our last night before flying back home to be close to the airport. Very clean and nice hotel about 20-30 from the airport depending on traffic. Breakfast buffet was very nice for $15 Euro. Had a drink at the bar, very nice. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property sits in the Alfama district of Lisbon. The oldest and most historic district of the city. It is quaint with stunningly beautiful views of the city. We were told by a staff member the hotel was the first convent founded in the city, hence, the name Convento do Salvador. This hotel is in a very narrow and steep cobblestone street. Some taxis and Uber drivers do not go down to the hotel to pick up passengers and it is necessary to go up to one of the main thoroughfares to get the Uber....

Sowohl am Empfang als auch im Frühstücksbereich wurden wir jederzeit herzlich und aufmerksam betreut. Meine Frau hatte während unseres Aufenthalts Geburtstag, und wir haben uns sehr über eine herzliche Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels gefreut, die wir an diesem Tag auf dem Zimmer vorgefunden haben. Das war eine wirklich schöne Geste....
