The only problem we had was the very strong fragrance used throughout the hotel. I am sensitive to fragrances, and the smell made me feel very nauseous the whole time I was there."

"This is was a great one night stay before catching a flight home. Easy 20 min drive to the airport. Hotel is right on the water and has an amazing sunset view from the roof. The roof has a bar restaurant and a pool. We were there in March and the pool was heated with a glass roof. We had a room with bunk bed like beds for the kids and they loved it. I think they have a garage, but there was plenty of street parking. The staff were wonderful. I would definitely recommend "

"Rooms were a little shabby but you cannot beat the convenience of location for a nights stay before an early flight. Advertised bus to airport has limited seating availability so we ended up having to taxi/Uber to the airport. Disappointing as the bus service was a contender for choosing this hotel. Room service food good even though what we received was not what we ordered but since it took a while to arrive we just ate it anyway!"

"Main issue with this hotel was that while it mentions Air Conditioning, the AC gets turned off in the evening around 8PM. When it's cool outside and we can open the windows it's very noisy, but manageable. However, we had a few nights where it was very hot and the staff could not turn the AC back on. Additionally, our daughter was in a room with two teammates (she was there for a sport tournament) and the staff locked the patio door (only window) for liability reasons. "Breakfast was awesome! Well worth the price. The Sky Bar was a disappointment as they had a private event 7-9. The staff was not handling current customers very well. Seems if you advertise it to hotel customers, it should be open to hotel customers. Rooms were great. Beds comfy. "
