si el aseo no es bueno, las instalaciones no son adecuadas, simplemente no sirve como lugar para descansar. seguro en el sector encuentras mejores lugares sin gastar mas.

Recepcionista grosera

Pésimo servicio de la recepcionista KATHERINE, la primera noche que llegamos el joven SEBASTIÁN fue muy atento nos permitió el acceso al parqueadero que teníamos reservado por 2 noches, pero a la siguiente noche KATHERINE nos dice que no teníamos reservado el estacionamiento que no nos dejaba entrar que por ser día de amor y amistad este tenía que estar disponible para una nueva reserva. Fue extremadamente grosera y nos agredió de manera verbal diciendo que eramos unos groseros, simplemente por que le reclamamos por nuestra reserva, finalmente quien salvó al hotel fue la persona que lleva las maletas a la habitación, es una persona servicial y atenta y calmó un poco la situación que parecía que Katherine estaba dejando salir de control.
