"Tiny rooms, very tiny swimming pool. All of this though, made up by a very central location. Easy to get around to main places. Absolutely wonderful staff. They were working hard to ensure you had everything you needed. Super clean rooms— I appreciate the attention to detail. If space in the room is a must for your travel needs I would look elsewhere. But if u know you’ll only be at the room for sleeping and just need cleanliness and location- great pick. One thing I did miss was a good pool to unwind next to after a long day of walking around. But that’s alright, that’s not what Hanoi is about. Do that in Da Nang. Hanoi is about the food/ culture/ exploration. This hotel accommodates the adventure."

"We could not have been happier with our stay! The staff is so friendly, and even remembered our names!! The breakfast is amazing, so yummy and so much food. The location was also great. Everywhere we wanted to go in the Old Quarter was a short walk. One of the staff even called our Grab driver, when there seemed to be a problem with our ride (since we didn’t speak the language). It felt above and beyond. We would definitely recommend this place, if you are wanting to stay in Hanoi."

"The Royal Palace Hotel is a very charming place to stay, located in the perfect place for tourist, lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff are always smiling and willing to help no matter what you want or need. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast is very good. There are stairs to climb to get to the floor where the elevator is but there is always a bell person to help. We have stayed there twice now and I would definitely stay again."

"Our experience at this hotel was amazing. First time to Vietnam and booked different Hotel nearby but after one night we moved to The Oriental Jade Hotel and that experience was awesome. The staff was very attentive and Bar had great view of Old Quarter from rooftop. I will be returning next time in Vietnam."
