"The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely cooperative and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and having coffee available 24/7 was very much appreciated. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free.
The property is also conveniently located just 9 minutes drive from downtown Newport, with plenty of food options nearby. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay."

"The property is in disrepair. Our room was in disrepair. The freezer had mold in it, the ice machines don't work, the staff was extremely slow. Plus they demand a security deposit for damages. Also the bed cover was stained and so was the mattress on the pull out sofa. It was quiet and not busy."

"Bathrooms were weird. Shower and toilet were in a separate room from the sink, which would have been ok except the shower/toilet room was tiny. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed so I either had to hold it with one hand and wash with the other or get everything wet. Walking down the hallway to my room smelled so bad of marijuana it made me think I was the only one in the hotel who didn’t smoke. Bar staff was great, though"

"The décor was very chic and stylish, and the property was exceptionally quiet at night. The room was spotless and well maintained. I especially loved the bed—it was very comfortable, and I slept extremely well.
