"I booked last minute but was then concerned by more recent reviews. Travelling with my wife I had trepidation which proved entirely without foundation as all was absolutely fine. From the most entirely charming lady on the reception desk to opening the room door it was immediately obvious I had by chance chosen very well. "The check in staff were excellent and very helpful. And the rooms are extremely clean. We got there early and found parking available in there car park (surcharge for 24hrs) which was on the property so very convenient. Had a great stay and will come back to this branch if I come to Swindon"
