"Easily the worst Thompson I’ve stayed at. Staff was lovely and tried their best, but it’s understaffed to a level I’ve never seen. You can’t get a drink late at night, the only television is at the rooftop bar which only serves bar food (phenomenal smoked wings, but the worst lobster roll I’ve ever had). I went in the evening/after sunset, and I couldn't read the menu as it was a small narrow font and there wasn't much light. But the staff was very helpful and the property is pretty new; overall, really enjoyed my stay!"

"Expensive but very nice hotel right on the Wharf. Staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Room was clean and large. We stayed for a week. Daily housekeeping was slow and often forgot to restock coffee. However when we mentioned this at checkout they credited the daily "amenity fee" which saved us a couple hundred dollars. Hotel restaurant looked nice but was too expensive for our tastes. However there are tons of dining options on the Wharf."

"Very clean. My room was spotless. I loved the 3pm checkin and 12pm checkout! Breakfast is included and actually good. ALL of the staff greets you when they see you. Great location if you’re going to a concert/ show at The Anthem."

"Expensive hidden fees. No mention of extremely expensive parking fees. Ended up paying almost $150 more than the original booking led me to believe because of all the hidden expenses."

"I could not use the "free" wifi. You had to join the Marriot Bonvoy program to receive it. I tried signing up multiple times and it would cut me off. I called the front desk about the issue. They showed no interest in helping saying "we have wifi and there have been no other complaints." There is also hardly any storage space in the room. No draws to store clothing in. Instead a useless long bench in the room."
