"Great location, very nice place! Spacious and clean room, with a lovely balcony and a stunning forest view. Excellent breakfast. The girl at the breakfast restaurant is very nice and friendly. Suggestions: - it would be nice to have a kettle in the room just to prepare a tea; - the air dryer is definitely to change, replace it with a new efficient style; - install mosquito net! That said, this relais is a wonderful option to spend few days is a peaceful and fantastic place, really...

"The hotel and staff were very nice, hotel was clean. Older looking. Breakfast was limited options but the waitress was really on top. It is quite far from everything but the bus stop is right across. I guess it all depends. With family sightseeing I wouldn't recommend."

"Staff was helpful. It was convenient having breakfast if you wanted it, but I think it's cheaper getting it while you're there than setting it up online. Also, it was nice having a restaurant available plus having the cafe right next door that was quite resonable and somewhat popular. The buildings older and could probably use a little more TLC, and location's not as close to the main attractions, but all in all, for the price, I think it's a good stay."

"Old building and smelled the cigarett even the room was smoking free. Nice staff but free parking spots are very limited. Paid $8 per night to park in the hotel garage."

"We used the patio eating our meal, the room is small for two people since it’s only one bed ( there’s no available 2 twin beds) The room spray is overpowering that we can’t breathe at night. Maybe it’s the hotel way to keep it smells good. They have to minimize the room spray because it’s very unpleasantly strong scent, to eventually caused you headache. But overall the property is clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful."

"Papillo was clean. Service was not always the best. Also, I have never been in a hotel with a mini bar that is totally empty. And no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Also be aware that apart from a supermarket and couple of shops in the same place, there is nothing to do nearby. Central Rome is at least half an hour away by vehicle. "

"Strange set up where, at all times, you had to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool. Bit weird. Staff more interested in talking to their colleagues than acknowledge a customer stood in-front of them. Made a request months in advance for 2 rooms next to each other. Didn’t happen. Restaurant menu in the evening limited and very little interest in accomodating requests."

"ローマFCO空港は、ターミナル直結の空港ホテルが激高で有名です。そんな中、空港からトレニタリアで一つ目の駅、パルコレオナルドの駅前に2棟のホテルが立つ。最寄り駅のパルコたは、日系企業のパルコの事で、近くにショッピングモールが有り、何一つ不自由はしない。もちろん、空港からの送迎も有り、空港からは深夜帯を除き無料。ホテルからは6ユーロとなっている。価格的にはローマテルミニ駅界隈の方が安い場合もあるが、何といってもイタリアで怖いのが頻繁にあるストライキ。 　バスを使いこなせる自信があるのなら話は別だが、空港近くに泊まれる安心は得られるでしょう。"

"Honestly the hotel has great 5 star potential, the breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and the staff is super kind and helpful. However, I’m aware of some restriction on air conditioning use but the air conditioner at least in my room barely did much but other than that it was a great stay and i got used to it after some time."

"A little dated but okay for the price. It’s a little out of town and only booked this hotel as it had a pool but when I arrived (May) was told they don’t open the pool until June. This was very annoying given it was the only reason I chose this hotel and this could have been stated somewhere when booking. Also rooms had no working aircon and weather was very hot. Wouldn’t want to be there in August "
