Great stay to stay prior your early flight home

May stay overall was great! Clean, quiet and well located place. Lots of complimentary snacks. The only complaint I have was that I had breakfast before 7am and the cereal was not relished yet. This is a great place to stay prior to catching an early flight home as it is 5 minutes to train and the train ride to the airport is only 5 minutes. In addition, it is a great place to pick up late minute souvenirs at The Wow Side mall.

Great stay

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The balcony was very nice. Located in a shopping area with a large convenience store and a few restaurants. Was a little difficult to find at first but the residents in the area were very helpful and friendly.

The room was nice and the owner was great also. I wanted close to airport and it was so that was great also. Problem was with the area. Once we got there it looked a little run down but when we saw room we were happy. Next day I woke up to my car broken into and some stuff I had in the trunk was gone.

I found an absolute gem of a place to accommodate me and my family when we visit Rome for future trips. Ileana and her team were professional, courteous and went above and beyond all standards to ensure our visits on two separate occasions went perfect. The place was immaculate, comfortable and beautifully situated on the train line to make it easily accessible to and from Fiumicino, as well as the always impressive Eternal City. As I often visit Italy I like to always start and end my trip in Rome so I am so fortunate to have found a reliable place to share and enjoy many more memories with my family. Hope you can too!

Pros: - Host was very nice and responsive - Good location to the train to the airport - The host left plenty of snacks Cons: - The AC didn’t work. There were two units. One didn’t work the entire time and the other went out during our stay. - Linens were stained - Area is a bit run down

Mixed bag

Good location with the train and shoppingcentre next door. Sufficient and kindly presented information on how to get there from the host. It’s a bit weird to do all the communication through WhatsApp, but went well. Rooms were not that clean, bins not emptied from earlier guests and had a strong smell of scented “air-refreshers”. Don’t know the definition of an Italian breakfast, but we would recommend the word “disappointing”. Homemade limoncello was great but would have benefited from being chilled. Checkout at 10 is kind of early but manageable. We got some needed sleep but will likely not be returning another time.

Basic rental apartment around FCO. The area is terrible, littered with trash and graffiti, it certainly looks unsafe. The building halls and elevator are really dirty. Finding parking is close to impossible. The apartment uses an electronic doorknob which is faulty. The apartment is large. Although not clean We found balls of hair in the shower and bedroom. Sheets were also dirty. A pitcher with water was moldy.

Close to the airport. Host provided excellent communication instructions for directions and information about arrival to the property and areas around the property to explore. Very responsive. You do need access to the internet to gain access to the property. The apartment is lovely and accommodated our party of 7 perfectly. The homemade limoncello was a sweet surprise!

Lovely room with wonderful caretaker!

I missed a flight that evening, and due to my own errors, I had a hard time finding the location. The property went above and beyond to help me find my way, as It was past closing time for check in. The dear woman is a saint. I was very flustered and crying and she stayed with me until I calmed down. What a great human being! She even gave me a limoncello shot to calm me down. I was a mess. Had a long day and very upset that I missed my flight. She didn’t speak much English, but she was like a long lost big sister. Five stars for a caring human being and cold air conditioning, a lot of little treats in the common area. Coffee, tea, breakfast snacks. Very secure building!

Hadn’t realized this was an apartment and not a hotel. Check in was difficult, as I never received the email with check in information from the host. There were no instructions for how to use the A/C unit. Otherwise, the apartment was fine, as we just needed a place to sleep before flying out in the morning.

If you’re wanting a review on the property itself. The property is run down and in need of bathroom repairs. Self check-in ridiculously confusing in locating the building. Locals didn’t even know where to find this building amongst 8 other buildings. The location was a walk to your accommodation and it was unacceptably filthy. Foul odors of Dog urine and poop left everywhere. I would NOT recommend this accommodation.
