"My vehicle is brand new and was broken into at the property. Guests staying at the hotel were having a party in a room across from mine and their guests filled most of the lot. I had to park in a lot that was adjacent to the hotel and on the grounds. It was parking that was permitted for hotel guests as well, there were no signs that said no parking. I came out this morning to windows shattered on my vehicle. No security on the grounds of the suites only at the casino."

"Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful."

"I went during The Roots Picnic and the hotel was hopping. The staff was polite, professional and quick to handle every need. The spaces are chic and have an uptown sophistication. I will warn that the walls are thin and your neighbors can hear you; pack headphones. I'd suggest getting coffee from Elixir Coffee and go to the rooftop for a proper morning sunrise."

"My room was wonderful. Had a corner, double bed. Very clean and comfy linens. Cutest touches in the bathroom like cotton balls, cotton swabs and makeup remover wipes in a cute jar. Makeup remover wipes!!!!! Loved staying here. Only place I will when I’m in Philly."

I intentionally arrived at the designated check-in time of 4:00 PM, only to find that my apartment had not yet been prepared. "The room smelled like smoke when we came in and the bathrooms weren’t very clean. It would have been nice to have better pillows and more than just two. There wasn’t any extra towels or wash cloths and we had to buy toilet tissue because there wasn’t only one roll left, for both bathrooms. They both only had a quarter of a roll left when we checked in. The garbage can needs to be replaced it was broken and nasty around it and inside. There wasn’t any also no paper towels and we had to purchase...

"The staff and rooftop bar were great, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The property felt outdated and in need of significant updates. The biggest issue was finding bugs in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. While the service and location was great, the condition of the hotel did not meet expectations and would make me hesitant to stay here again."
