"I give this property a good rating rather than excellent because of the restaurant. We had a hour wait for a Turkey sandwich after asking 3 different times. We finally just left without eating. That really was the only issue. Location, room and staff were excellent."

"Would have liked to give a better rating, but there were just too many isssues with our stay. There was no tv remote in our room. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told someone would get back to us, which they did not. There was no hand soap in the dispenser in the bathroom, and no body wash in the shower. There were leftover Chinese takeout containers in the refrigerator, which were starting to leave an odor. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and we were not sure why it was so low to...

"The air conditioning was not working in my room. It was 80 degrees outside so that wasn’t doable. I told the front desk and they recommended opening a window. After I said that’s not acceptable they offered to bring fans. The thermostats are very outdated. But maintenance and cleaning staff were unavailable in the evening. I left and went to another hotel"

"Had a great stay. The location was great. Within walking distance to so many things. Staff was super helpful, especially Judy at breakfast, and Cyndi at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Shower pressure was great and a nice place to put your foot for shaving. A great kitchenette if you want to save money and prepare your own meals. Reading Terminal Market across the street with every food imaginable (meat market, produce, bakery, ice cream, etc). Highly recommend. Only...
