"The room smelled like smoke when we came in and the bathrooms weren’t very clean. It would have been nice to have better pillows and more than just two. There wasn’t any extra towels or wash cloths and we had to buy toilet tissue because there wasn’t only one roll left, for both bathrooms. They both only had a quarter of a roll left when we checked in. The garbage can needs to be replaced it was broken and nasty around it and inside. There wasn’t any also no paper towels and we had to purchase...

"The suite was perfect. Kitchen was a plus. My room had amazing views from the balcony. It was centrally located between "Rocky" steps and City Hall. Many sights in the area to walk to. Two great restaurants at the location. Valet parking onsite with in/out privileges. Clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend."

"The hotel is in a great central location. It is directly across the street from the Reading Market, which is a delightful place to visit. From desk staff to restaurant staff, housekeeping, and even the Uber drivers everyone was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Our room was large and the bathroom had adequate counter space for toiletries. Beds were quite comfortable and the duvet covering felt luxurious to lie under. A lovely place to stay."

"We found a mice in the lobby, staff was notified. Room service lady wakes us up and enters our room at 9am (2 hours before check out), extremely unprofessional"

"I did not like that the refrigerator was broke, the bathroom sink did not drain, the bedroom door knob was broken, and the living room was full of ants. The bell cart had a flat so you couldn’t use it. This place was too expensive to have all of these issues"
