Communication was excellent, quick responses, clear instructions, and very helpful throughout my entire stay. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt welcoming and well maintained, which made my week long stay very enjoyable. The location was also a plus, with easy access to everything I needed. Overall, this was a stress free and pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend The Frankford Fishtown to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable stay and would gladly book again in the future."

"The comforter was soiled with hair and yellow stains. When we took the comforter off the bed, there was no top sheet. So nothing to cover ourselves while sleeping. There were no extra sheets and not even a blanket. In the bathroom there were no hand towels and just two wimpy bath towels. When we arrived there was only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra. We got there at night and were only staying for one night so no time to buy anything. The couch looked like it was from 1970 and was dirty. The pictures of the place did not match the ad. When I sent a note to the owner about the issues I got no response."
