I think anyone who books a luxury hotel wouldve expected to be greeted upon arriving, to have enough amenities for their stay, to have comfortable bed to sleep in. "good location! I stayed 2 nights in a 8-shared female room. it's fresh and has comfortable air conditioning. Every bed has one locker with lock. fits a backpack. Washroom is clean and good size. reasonable price."

"We requested for our bedroom to be cleaned daily, noticed the toilet was not attended to some days. We had 3 people in the room, and we were supplied only with 2 cups and glasses. The creamer we had on the first morning was not fresh. It was hardened. Subsequently, we were not replenished with creamer for the rest of our stay.
