"The hotel is in the perfect location to take in the Marina Bay Area with great views from the Marina Bay rooms which is why we always book Mandarin. Breakfast is fantastic with many varieties and the staff are always polite, helpful and professional. Our room had a minor issue which couldn’t be quickly resolved. "This hotel was very unique I have never seen anything like it . The rooms had the best views of the the city which was in the beautiful ChinaTown. The lobby and rooftop pool is beautiful but the water was too cold that’s the only thing I didn’t like . The location is near everything."

"What I can say is that the attention to details is what seperate the hotel from other luxury hotels. I think anyone who books a luxury hotel wouldve expected to be greeted upon arriving, to have enough amenities for their stay, to have comfortable bed to sleep in. The difference for us was the details. They knew we brought our son, so seeing us throwing away diapers, they prepared a diaper bin on our second day. "Not impressed I always book a reasonable room and king bed. As a premium member (VIP) you should be acknowledged on check-in Upgrade if available . For one night not bothered . However Ido appreciated being downgraded to a lower room no windows. It appears deliberate hoping the guest won’t notice. Approached desk and they apologise for the confusion and will fix.
