"We had plenty of space in our 1 bedroom brown suite on the 21st floor and our housekeeper Ryan was fabulous! He kept our coffee supply filled up, the place very clean and we looked forward to his creative towel sculptures at the end of each day. Melissa also checked in with us a couple of times via WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok. The outside of the hotel is in need of a paint job, but the inside is pretty nice. We enjoyed the blast of cold air when coming in from the Singapore heat....

I think anyone who books a luxury hotel wouldve expected to be greeted upon arriving, to have enough amenities for their stay, to have comfortable bed to sleep in. The difference for us was the details. They knew we brought our son, so seeing us throwing away diapers, they prepared a diaper bin on our second day.
