"The staff member who checked us in was the best customer service experience I have had anywhere in a very long time. So pleasant, friendly and efficient."
"Overall our stay was great. But I had to call the front desk to express concern over very loud, unsupervised young children running and playing and yelling in the hallway after 10pm. After I called, the children were no longer in the hallway. "
"I stayed over the course of two weeks, and the front desk was so helpful each time I had to re-book to extend. The front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate me.
Nice room, quiet and clean. Comfy bed, nice sheets and 4 hove pillows on each bed with varying softnesses. Great water pressure in the shower. Used the laundry (free) which was so convenient. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Fresh fruit, and 3 different types of hot coffees! It truly felt like a home away from home. "
"This hotel is always our go to in Minneapolis when we visit friends. The rooms are spacious, the pool is excellent for the kids in the family and the breakfast is a huge value add. We participated in the afternoon cocktail hour this trip and want to thank ES for that little perk. Well done! "I love tht the hotel has a shuttle bus tht picked you up and drop off. When we arrived the checkin was easy and smooth. My room was very clean . Breakfast was for a fee my only dislike if they had free breakfast tht would have been a bonus. My kids loved the pool area"
