Unfortunately, this luxury hotel gave away our room even after I had called to confirm that we would be one day late due to airplane issues and we understood that we may have to pay for that night. We returned at check in time and still had to wait an additional 1.5 hrs. for check in. The room itself was fine. The waters were clear, and we saw a lot of sea life just outside our door with goggles! Parking was easy and close to our door."
