Hotel dekat Regency Square Mall

"Perfectly located a few minutes off I95. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable ! We didn't have breakfast but looked like the usual breakfast foods. Staff were very friendly and welcoming! Many places to eat nearby!"

"The front desk staff, the one doing the night/overnight shift, was very unwelcoming. No greetings whatsoever."

"Everything looked very nice. It was clean. They were very polite, and when we needed new towels, they made sure we had them. Very happy with my stay."

"TV didn’t work, staff wasn’t helpful. It didn’t work throughout the stay. Staff made not much effort to fix or offer options. Just said we called TV company and “they will do what they can”. Nothing was done."

"The place was very clean and nice. Central location to food places and shopping."

"Great customer service, thank you!!!"

"Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Only downside was the hear noises at night but with the air conditioning unit on it muffled them out."

"Rooms are always clean the people that work there are great people"

"This wasn’t as nice as other Fairfield Inn and Suites I’ve stayed at. It’s a half done remodel with very old worn out elements of the prior hotel remaining like the doors, bathtubs, and closets. No toiletries kit, built in closet and coffee station typical of the new Fairfield’s. Tried to call front desk by the phone line was CUT! When I asked above toiletries kit the front desk person informed me they didn’t have them because they were a smaller property. Housekeeping not regularly and trash...

"We arrived Oct 22 left oct25 the room was NEVER CLEANED OR ENTERED BY STAFF,,,PHONE DID NOT WORK ON ARRIVAL,,,,,NEVER FIXED, ROOM COFFEE WAS OUT NO CUPS, WE RUN OUT OF TOWELS"
