"The room was not well maintained at all. We found bed bugs in the bed and a dead worm in the bedding. For the disgusting incident, the hotel removed the one room service charge on the bill. I can guarantee that I will never stay at this Hilton Doubletree again "

"My original room had not been cleaned properly prior to my arrival. I was greeted by an un-flushed WC. Also, there was what appeared to be blood stains on the spare pillow. I reported this to the reception, and was immediately given another room. The staff acted promptly and without fuss. "
