"So the staff were lovely. But for a malmaison I thought it would be better, having never stayed in one before I dont think I would be rushing back. The room was neat and tidy, the bed was ok, but I was sitting in the chair and glanced down and the radiator was covered in thick dust and the wallpaper was torn, the hairdryer wouldnt go on to the second setting was just stuck at the first and took ages to dry my hair, I was also placed next to the lift so it was quite noisy and i was awoken by a...

"Our room (Reykjavik) was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel itself was well presented. We didn't get chance to use the bar or sample the food, but it looked really nice. We will definitely stay here again."
