"The room overall was very good.However, the shower had really weak flow. The TV had issues connecting both days we were there but I did see a sign stating they were upgrading their Internet. So maybe that was the issue."

All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. "Really enjoyed our room! Very spacious. The kids loved the pool and its access getting to the outdoor pool through the indoor pool, that was cool. My only issue was the bathrooms exhaust fan not working to help with the moisture during/ after a shower,"

"We checked in late, and the front desk staff was nice and accommodating. However, she could speak a little louder to make communication easier. 🙂 I would also suggest adding a soap holder in the shower, as our room did not have one."

"The staff were pleasant but we had trouble getting help with a piece of medical equipment when we were ready to leave. The location is quiet and the breakfast was good. Our only real complaint was that the floor in our room wasn't that clean. It seemed a bit sandy underfoot from the get go."

"The staff at the front desk were welcoming and kind. The hotel could stand a bit of cleaning and upkeep. The elevators constantly had standing water from pool and hot tub use and multiple times there was food in the elevators (random chicken nuggets and used drinks). The pool and hot tub had a great deal of chlorine and it was burning our eyes. The rooms are decent size and having a fridge and microwave is nice. The beds were firm…could stand to be updated. "First of all, after a 5 hour drive with two toddlers in bad weather, the room we got was NOT what we booked. I booked a suite with a pullout sofa bed. There were two double beds. I had to make a bed for my grandsons on the floor. I was told there were none of those rooms available (even though that’s what I paid for).
