"The parking was problematic as some had parked a petrol car in the charging bay, which they did move on request. The room was cold as someone had left the window open. "I paid a bit extra for the Privilege room and it was well worth it, I had a massive bed, a little table with a couple of armchairs, and a mini-fridge!
