"I’ve stayed here a few times, and each time is excellent! The area is really nice and safe as a solo female traveler. There are very close supermarkets and shopping. The riverside and the green are very nice and picturesque. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. This is my go-to place to stay when I go to London. I’ve had a better experience here than when I’ve stayed at other chain hotels, such as Marriotts and Hiltons. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

"Hotel was undergoing some refurbishment but staff were polite standards were maintained to high standard. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Really good experience whilst staying for England b France- shame about the result!"
