"I have been coming to this place over and over again, it has change slightly since covid with may less amenities like no more bath robes or slippers, no more lavazza coffee machine in some room categories but it is a wonderful place in marvellous surroundings. I love Wimbledon village having lived there for years ans so for me it is always nice to be back and the people at the Cannizaro House always make me feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you"

"Nicely styled hotel and very convenient location. I stayed in a classic room which looked nice but had some impracticalities. The temperature can not be controlled from inside the room and was set too warm for me. The reception staff adjusted this for me, but it only seemed to stay at the requested temperature for a few hours before climbing up again. This meant I couldn’t sleep, so affected my stay. "Have previously stayed at the Harbour Hotel Christchurch and have always hada lovely time. This time we did a short one night stopover at the Richmond property having visited Kew Garden fo our wedding anniversary. Hotel staff were delightful even presnting us with a small cake in hono of our anniversary. My wife loved the spa and the whole experience was super."

"The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. We spent most of our “leisure time” trying to figure out where to park, how to carry luggage, and trying to...

"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"Truly a b&b without the breakfast. The room was a typical European lodge room with the basic amenities needed. Bed was comfortable. Small bathroom, again very typical for old European buildings, so no major surprises. Very thankful there was a fan as it did get quite warm at times and in an old building it just holds the heat. "No frills, not luxe but clean,comfortable and quiet despite busy road outside. Wimbledon Park Tube Station 5 minute walk. Bus stop into the city right outside. Excellent, large, airy, relaxed pub, with outdoor seating,below the rooms; child and dog friendly. Our teenagers liked the pool table. Attractive space.
