"The staff were friendly, but there were a number of issues with the room - one being that the aircon/heating didn’t really work. I booked a corner room with two views and it apparently is a common problem. Eventually we were given a heater.
The hotel is really well placed for Central Park (5 min walk) and Time square 10/15 min walk. It’s near several underground stations.
The customer facing staff were lovely and helpful - rooms could do with a bit updating but we were very comfortable (ask...
