"Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!! Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

"One of the two double beds was awful, old springs and very uncomfortable. Woken up at 3 and 4 in the morning by adjoining rooms - drunken guests shouting and banging doors. The bathroom was very old, extractor and cabinet light not working. All looked very tired - definitely wouldn’t stay there again."
