"The staff were friendly and courteous. They offer a welcome drink of passion fruit drink. It's very refreshing especially after a long flight. Unlike other countries, Kenyans aren't pushy for tips, but tipping the staff makes them happy and appreciated. The rooms were clean. There are no fly screens in the windows, but we didn't feel that there were mosquitoes. The breakfast was excellent. "Peaceful oasis in Karen district. Beautiful gardens, lovely tent. Great fixed price buffet supper and breakfast. Very good value for money. Some times of year school parties visit but they're out during day and catering staff still excellent despite the numbers."
