"The staff were exceptional. Tamang checked us in and out. He was so helpful assisting with my husband who is on crutches and considerate with the anniversary treats sent to our room. "Easy walk to subway. Starbucks close by. Food was good. Staff helpful, was able to arrange a car back to airport. They let me park my rental out front while I unloaded my bags. They have a coffee shop and two restaurants in the hotel. The fish and chips were good. It was within a short walk for the Hop on Hop off bus. I don't know if it was because I went through Expedia, but they wouldn't let me charge anything to my room-the only draw back."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
