"I love the historic character of the hotel. So many historic figures and celebrities stayed here. The building is beautiful. It’s so fascinating. Not at all boring like a typical hotel. I really enjoyed the charms and convenient location as well as all the quirks. Centrally located to all the shops and restaurants. Very clean. Great staff. Here are things to be aware of: No elevators. Wonky old floors and stairs. If you have mobility challenges, this might not be the place for you. I had a room on the top floor (4th floor) so I had to take all the stairs up. It wasn’t a problem for me, but it could be for you. Be sure to know what floor your room is on when making a reservation if this is important to you. The breakfast choices are really grab-and-go. The only protein choice I saw was yogurt. Otherwise, it is pastries and muffins. No fresh fruit. I ended up at the Littleton Diner down the street for breakfast, which was great."

"Was a good location to explore Franconia Notch State Park. Was close to the Kancamangus Highway and downtown Littleton. Lincoln is also close. Had a great meal at Sour's tapas bar. Was a quiant motel with only 8 rooms. Two chairs provided place to sit outside and enjoy the sunset."

"Clean hotel rooms with good breakfast . Location is very convenient. Breakfast was good but management needs to add more staff in the kitchen to help during peak season like Columbus Day weekend . Rooms were not recently renovated but very well maintained , beds were good. I have a EV vehicle and all the superchargers nearby got super busy during Columbus Day long weekend . Hotel has a trickle charging outlet on the light pole in the backside parking lot , though it is very slow it helped me to plug in my EV mobile charger and saved my time. Staff were good too ! Only negative was one of the elevators were not working . Over all I recommend this hotel !"
