"Great location. We were on the 6th floor. The room could use an update. Toilet did not flush well. Breakfast was good. We were part of a large event so things needed to be replenished sooner which I would expect."

"Lovely stay in a beautiful area with a beautiful city view. Staff was very kind, specifically the bartender with red hair, I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic. I only give 4 stars because the room itself was clearly not maintained well. The coffee pot when we arrived did not work (which they did offer to fix), the door on the dresser covering the fridge was loose so when you would open it to access the fridge, it would drop down a bit and you’d have to lift it to to close it back....

"The location was good. The room only had one sofa, no chairs or desk. The sofa was positioned such that there was no way to sit on it and watch TV. The sofa could not be repositioned. The only way to watch the TV was to sit on the bed."

"Right away, staff were very helpful and nice. The grounds of the hotel were well taken of with visible maintenance cleaning up and keeping the place very nice. Parking was easy, free, and clearly marked. Hotel location was very convenient for going into town. Breakfast was good but do wish there was more variety. We stayed for 5 nights and only the fruit of the day changing but did have other options like scrambled eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc."

"Fantastic stay! Clean and updated. Lovely helpful staff. Right off Main Street but quiet because of the location. Relaxing to sit on the patio and have a glass of wine. Fun to watch the bears from a distance. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you!"

"We got a room that had a Jacuzzi in the room which was on 3rd floor they had elevator or ramps which were nice.. room was date but so much space.. pool was nice Breakfast is not offered as website stated. Very close to walking distance to down town Gatlinburg. For food and shops I would def stay again.. great location no real issues"

"This was our first stay at The Appy Lodge and it will not be the last! The lodge is so cute and quaint. The large spacious room has a rustic charm as if you were staying in a cabin but with awesome features. The fireplace was a bonus that adds charm. I love the walk in stone feature shower!
