"My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the quiet on‑site bar with its great drink selection and ended up visiting every night except Sunday when it was closed. The restaurant was only open for breakfast during our stay, which was a bit confusing, but not a deal‑breaker. We loved that the property is tucked away from downtown yet still close enough to enjoy everything. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily stay again."

"The property is in a perfect location. You can walk to anywhere you want to go in Gatlinburg. We have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff is always helpful and friendly but we did notice this year that the rooms are getting a little tired and could use a refresh. "It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again."
