"Clean room, but nothing fancy. Smelled like tea tree oil when we entered so we assumed it was an effort to deter ticks since the property is on the river surrounded by forest. Bears 🐻 are common in the parking lot so keep food out of your vehicle. At the end of the strip so walking is a hike, but free trolley 🚎 service helped. Saw a very shady person in black on a corner without light walking back to the hotel at night. Definitely had a bad vibe and was on high alert, but overall family...

"The stay was nice. The views were nice. The staff was very friendly. The only 2 complaints is the bathroom is extremely small, the door almost hits the toilet. And the provided body wash was completely empty."

"Staff was super sweet, friendly and helpful. Allowed our daughter to “adopt” a black bear that she got to take with her and keep. The room itself was more like a motel than hotel or lodge. The door did not feel secure, and some of the outlets weren’t working. The pool and hot tub was fine, but it has seen some better days."
