"We drove 4 hours and upon check in they informed us the water park was NOT included in stay. The room was filthy ( bathtub had hairs in it, toilet was dirty, and the bed sheets were stained). Our room key was assigned to other guests whom walked into our room while we were still inside. Every guest we encountered told us to not waste money on the water park- it’s filthy and water heaters are always broken. "There was no one else at the hotel in the huge parking lot. It was very run down. Too scary to stay as a single woman. I spoke w a police officer parked down from the hotel and he said don't stay there. Apparently, the hotel has been condemned. This needs to be removed from my charge."

"Phone did not work, stains on the sheets, tub very slippery. The breakfast “included” was the worst thing I have ever come across for a hotel breakfast. Stereos were not lit, hot food just tepid;juice machine in pieces and not working, basic bread for toast. No bagels,peanut butter,jelly. Tiny little muffins. All the same flavor. Will not stay here again. There is a best western right next to this days inn. "

"Best location ever! Very clean hotel, they gave my kids cookies at check in. Limited parking at the actual property, I arrived five minutes before check in and got the last spot. Overflow parking is a block away. So if you have kids or are traveling without your co parent, plan accordingly because that could have sucked for me. Staff was really so nice though.
