"Generally, my day was a good experience. The staff at the front desk was somewhat dismissive about concerns that I had about safety. It was not appreciated. Though it is a smoke free hotel, which is a plus. They allow people to smoke right near the doors so you get a wiff of pot. Still not used to marijuana‘s legalization in New York."

"This is a hidden Gem that puts you so close to all there is to do i. Nyack, beautiful decorum, beautiful ire, I would highly recommend getting the balcony view, the staff is courteous and helpful, it is a hop kip and a jump from the Mall. The restaurant is amazing, a beautiful place to hold events. This will definitely be my go to weekend getaway."

"It was just a place because my dad was having surgery at near by hospital. The tv didn’t work they said they would send someone. No one came . Breakfast didn’t even try . I was told by the person at counter it was under new management. Because like I said we just needed to be close to hospital. Then read reviews. Kind of scary"

"Very simple, no frills lodging. The common area is the hallways could use new carpet. The staff you know was reasonably good the evening staff much more pleasant when I got there the morning staff and yeah I could just use a little more TLC like larger soap and washcloth and things like that, but it served the purpose, and the price was fair."
