"Great location, but our room was dirty when it was given to us and things where falling apart in the bathroom. The hotel is old and lacked maintenance in the room that was assigned to us. Staff was great and attentive. But the location is great right next to Termini."

"The air conditioning was not working very well so we were uncomfortable in the rooms. It was especially distressing because we needed a good night of sleep before an early flight. The staff was kind, but were not able to help us with this issue. I'm sure when the AC is working, its a great hotel ..."
