Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

Les chambres sont propres et confortables, mais trois points positifs ressortent particulièrement : Le personnel est très attentionné, avec une mention spéciale pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. "The staff was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, and the convenience to the tube was awesome. You can easily walk to different areas, too. Felt very safe. Unfortunately, the hotel does not allow you to turn on the a/c and the room was very warm and there’s no ventilation. They gave me a fan, and that was okay, but it do caused me a night of not sleeping. Other than that, I would come back again. "

"Our stay at the Stamford Bridge Hotel was an enjoyable experience. The staff were exceptional and provided outstanding hospitality; breakfast was excellent however, the amenities would benefit from some upgrades."

"Ruhig gelegen im wunderschönen Kensington / Earl‘s Court, leckeres Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, ordentliche Zimmer, nicht so groß, aber wirklich ausreichend und gemütlich. Aber: man brauchte einen englischen Adapter für die Steckdose!!! (War in anderen Hotels nicht so) Komme aber trotzdem wieder!!!"

"Enjoyed our stay here! When we came to check in was told that they only had basement rooms available unless we wanted to wait - when looking for hotel rooms I purposely didn’t book some hotels as they were windowless rooms so opted to wait. The lady behind the desk seemed a bit dismissive and over her shift, she told us to sit and wait and would let us know when our room was ready. She left her shift and did handover and then I went to check with the man who was now on the desk and he didn’t...

"Great location! The Uber boat was a short walk away. That provided multiple stops up the Thames all the way to the Tower Bridge. The taxi stand adjacent to the hotel provides easy access to transportation to Heathrow and sites around Kensington. The underground had a stop a short walk away too. Overall a very pleasant experience at the Doubletree!"

"The hotel is old and lovely, in a good location between Kensington Olympia and Hammersmith. There are bus stops right outside. We stayed in the Churchill Suite, which was very nice. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a smoky smell upon entering the room although it's a non-smoking property. Plus, it's in the basement and there were a lot of creaking sounds from the ceiling. All the usual amenities were provided but there was no sign of the bathrobes! We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on...
