Decepcionante.

Cuando llegué al hotel y vi lo que era directamente me fui y me hospedé en otro. No tiene ni cartel en la puerta, estando en la "recepción", salió del baño un joven que se hospedaba allí en ropa interior y se cruzó delante nuestro como si nada, el baño todo mojado el piso, estaba sucio y la persona que nos atendió aunque amable, su aspecto dejaba mucho que desear, en definitiva, no es un hotel, es un piso que la dueña alquila habitaciones, no hay intimidad para nada, las fotos que hay en la página no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, Expedia no debe tener en su página estos lugares.

Fomos extremamente bem recebidos por Sandra, como chegamos no hotel as 11h e nosso quarto só estaria pronto as 14h, Sandra nos ofereceu a oportunidade de ficar em outro hotel muito próximo ao Belhorizon, no qual teríamos um banheiro privado, além de ar condicionado. Aceitamos a proposta e tivemos uma estadia ótima nesse outro hotel (hotel bixio). É possível visitar praticamente todas as atracoes de Roma a pé do hotel, mas se preferir fazer de metro, há uma estacao bem próxima. Apesar de nao ter me hospedado no Belhorizon, ele pareceu bastante agradável, fica numa regiao ótima e Sandra é extremamente solícita e gentil. Recomendo!

Good for one night but don't go in July !

Owner was fabulous could not have been nicer. She's a doll. Rooms perfect for a night but really hot and no air conditioning. Shared bathroom was a tad odd but location was great. We were able to walk everywhere. It was really loud though because on a busy street and so hot we had to keep the window open. I'd stay again only because the owner was so sweet.

Wir waren 5Tg in Rom. Das Wetter war sehr gut. In der Nähe gibt es nette Restaurants. Es gibt eine Metro Station um die Ecke. Zu Fuss ist man schnell in der Altstadt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Trappola per turisti

Questa è una trappola per turisti. Generalmente prendono più prenotazioni e se ci riescono spostano i clienti in altri alberghi. A noi è successo proprio questo. Arrivati alla struttura ci abbiamo cercato di interagire con una persona di colore che non parlava italiano che dopo un po ci ha fatto parlare telefonicamente con una certa Sandra che ci ha dirottato su un altro albergo ad un km di distanza. Cambiate proprio scelta

Comodo a due passi da tutti i servizzi pubblici

Guest house con tre camere e bagno in comune gestito dalla simpaticissima e cordialissima Sandra .comodo per posizione ma se cercate il lusso non e questo il posto ma per un appoggio per visitare roma e ottimo e conveniente. Soggiornato con famiglia a marzo 2015

Bonsoir Arnaque !

On a mis à peu près une heure à trouver l'appartement qui était fourré dans un immeuble et qui était simplement indiqué par une petite étiquette de 3 centimètres sur une des sonnerie de l'immeuble. Arrivés là-bas, on nous montre notre chambre, la salle de bain commune nous embête un peu mais on avait été prévenus sur le site. On prévient l'une des personnes de "l'accueil" que l'on quittera l'appartement à 4h du matin à cause de l'avion. Il nous dit alors que nous devons payer les 43€ pour la chambre. Après avoir bien vérifié sur le mail de confirmation de réservation, je lui explique que nous avons déjà payé. Il nous a gardé pendant deux heures nous garantissant que nous n'avions fait que réserver sur le site et qu'il fallait payer sur place, nous demandant cartes d'identité, portable. En fin de compte il nous a "laissé" partir en nous demandant 7 euros que nous avons donné, lassés. Sous prétexte que nous sommes deux jeunes étrangers, je pense qu'ils ont cherché à abusé de notre confiance, donc je recommande de ne pas réserver là-bas ! Bonne journée à tous

Don't expect much

This is a Guest House, NOT a hotel. There is no sign outside -- only on the door bell -- so you (or your taxi driver) must know the street number. You get a room inside an apartment and a very basic breakfast (toast, one glass of juice and tea or coffee!). The people that run the apartment are very cordial and helpful and speak good English. The TV set is good (although only in Italian) and the WiFi excellent. However, we could not get a telephone signal from the room. We arrived at 10am but had to wait until 3pm before we were given our room which was a Metro stop away, from Vittorio Emanuele Station to Manzoni Station, but at least they provided free transport in a small private car. I guess it was OK for three nights but we wouldn't stay there again.

Guest House not Hotel

This guest house took us half an hour to find it because there is no sign of it! Our host Sandra is really welcoming! Soon after our arrival, she made us fresh Cappuccino and croissant! It totally made the beginning of our day. Definitely will stay at here again when I go to Roma.

A recommander

Sandra la responsable du guest house est une personne très accueillante et très serviable. Ce guest house est parfait pour des séjours comme le notre de découverte de la ville. Petit déjeuner copieux , thé et café toute la journée à volonté. La salle de bain ( 1 pour trois chambres) est parfaite. Que dire sinon le recommander !!!

Die zuvorkomende Betreung und guten Service vor Ort, gute Lage Banhof und ÖV hat uns den Besuch von Rom sehr erleichtert. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und zweckmässig, es giebt einen Wasserspender und einen Kafeautomaten, was will man mehr.

Spacious room and super nice Mauro

My friend and I stayed with Belhorizon for three nights, and we had a great time in Rome. The room is clean and spacious, with its own toilet & shower and a small kitchen with fridge and freezer. The location is very good too: tram is at the doorstep, and metro is less than 10 min walk away. The Ice-cream Factory and Vecchia Roma (restaurant with delicious pasta) are within walking distance. Mauro, our host, is super nice and helpful, and he cooks delicious pasta too:) We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Belhorizon, and I will definitely stay with them again for my future visit.

hotel close to termini station and coliseum

In general it was ok, the manager is very kind and friendly, the room was big enough and acceptably clean. However, as we had a very small bathroom in the room ( but it was better than sharing the bathroom outside with 8 more people) after the first day we had water leaking in the room and had to throw a towel on the floor and no body came to clean that day so on the second day that towel was very dirty. Last day our train got canceled so we had to stay an extra night. Since we were at the station we talked to a guy with a hotel "batch ID" and he gave us different options. In the end he took us to a hotel that costs the same as this guest house, but we didn't have to share with anybody else, we had our own big bathroom, clean towels, toiletteries, we were closer to the station and had a much better breakfast.

Buena atención por parte de los chicos encargados del albergue. Es un albergue. No es un hotel. Es barato con respecto al resto de hoteles. El baño es compartido y está fuera de la habitación. Se sale el agua de la placa ducha cuando uno se está duchando. No hay bañera. El suelo del baño casi siempre está mojado. Es fácil caerse al salir de la ducha. El desayuno incluido es: 1. Croisant 2. Café soluble 3. Zumo de brick 4. Paquetitos de tostadas 5. Mermelada Si vas pensando en un hotel como tal, no es el sitio. Esto es una casa antigua de roma muy bien situada con habitaciones para alquilar por noches. Comodidades no tiene! Pero nos atendieron estupendamente.

Para dormir y estar cerca de todo es excelente.

Trato exquisito por parte de Mauro (contacto mediante whatsapp y sabe castellano). En la habitación tienes Wi-Fi gratuita (muchos hoteles de 3 y 4 estrellas cobran por este servicio). El barrio es humilde (chinos, árabes,...) pero nada peligroso. Seguir recomendaciones de heladería, donde cenar y donde comer al 100% (lo hicimos y fueron los mejores lugares de nuestra estancia en Roma). El desayuno es solo de dulces (donuts, cañas, cornettos, ...). Habitación muy sencilla: cama, baño y armario, lo justo para dormir y hacer turismo durante todo el día (5min de Termini y metro a escasos 100m). Solo puntualizar que es muy posible que el baño sea compartido.
