The manager Marco was very nice and accommodating. But listed as a hotel, this is just B&B, smaller room but renovated, clean. Close to the Termini, nice for the last night in Rome

Good stay.

Very convenient location, the place was neat, staff friendly. Check-in and check-out times were a bit early, had to pay an extra fee for check-in after 6 pm. Breakfast vouchers for coffee and a croissant from a nearby restaurant. Had a good stay.

Three nights in Roma

Overall the stay was really nice, good bed and flexible check-in time for extra payment. Just remember to contact beforehand the time you are going to check in. Enjoyed ourselves :)

Do not use breakfast vouchers! Very poor choice of restaurant, and overpriced! Instead just grab something on the Termini station, they have excellent restaurants and prices are good - it is literally 1 minute walk!

Shower ran out of hot water while showering, so you need to take a quick shower. Person who checked me in (the owner?), didn’t give me the WiFi password when I checked in, and I just caught him before he left to ask him for it. He seemed really put out by the whole check-in process.

I have no rights to rate this accommodation as I did not stay/sleep in this family run room rental situated near train station. As soon I retrieved my luggage from the belt, I sat at the arrival airport to quickly book a night close to termini station & this accomodation appeared on the search results via hotel.com as offered to me through my Silver membership. I was desperate as my sanitary been fully soaked whilst on the plane from Athens & just so unfortunately my 1st day of my menses thus in all that much of a mess, I had not read their terms in regards to late check-in as my plane landed at 20:00hrs and i booked the room immediately as soon i booked my express airport bus to termini via mobile app. All that i was concerned at that moment was to ensure i have a place to sleep considering i am a female all alone on my own, arriving at night hrs. As soon I get off the bus from termini station I walked to find the place which I had assumed was a hotel. ( i barely had time to read before i transacted the booking on hotel.com app) Upon arriving at the door of the accommodation, a neighbour saw me standing at the door & kind enough to assist me to call the property owner. Communicated via WhatsApp and later was being informed i required to pay 30€ for late check-in hrs. I totally did not read the terms as i booked it in a rush I explained to owner sorry i cannot afford to pay another 30€ as I've paid for the room at 60€ Check-out is 9am. Booked proper hotel instead

The guy who was checking us in was 45mins late. REALLY slow to respond to us. We managed to make our way into the building thanks to another person staying in the building otherwise we were out on the buay street with our suitcases. We then had to carry our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs because the lift could barely fit 2 people nevermind luggage also. So we spent 45mins outside the door just waiting in the heat. Will never ever go here again.

Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire. Nous avons eu malheureusement un problème de climatisation la première nuit, résolu dès le lendemain quand nous l'avons signalé. Le petit-déjeuner est à l'italienne (un croissant italien et un café ou un thé) et la chambre est près de la gare pour les transports. Satisfait par ce séjour ☺️

Great location - very close to Termini station. Nearby to a park and lots of places to eat. Clean, spacious, really well appointed rooms! I would recommend. The area around the property is a bit run-down but this is offset against the convenience of being close to the train station. And the inside of the room is immaculate, like a hotel. You just need to set expectation that the manager is not on site so needs a few minutes to meet you at the door.

Buonanotte está em uma localização privilegiada, ao lado da estação Roma Termini e acesso a vários outros meios de locomoção como os autocarros e metrô. Para quem gosta de andar, está a 2km do centro histórico. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Marco, que nos orientou e ajudou em nossas dúvidas, além disso houve um dia em que deixamos as chaves no apartamento e ele prontamente o abriu às 23h. O local estava limpo e arrumado, um ótimo lugar para dormir.

Basic room with no frills. Marco is a friendly and helpful person who took extra steps to make us comfortable. If you’re looking for fancy this is not the place but, the bed was comfortable and clean, the location worked perfectly and the neighborhood restaurants are very good.

テルミニ駅から徒歩圏内にあり、ローマ市内を移動するにはとても便利な立地です。地下鉄やバスへのアクセスも良好で、観光の拠点としておすすめできます。 ただし、ホテルには常にスタッフが常駐しているわけではなく、チェックインのタイミングに合わせてスタッフが来る形です。そのため、事前に到着時間を連絡しておく必要があります。 また、ホテルの入口が非常に分かりづらいです。入口付近に案内の貼り紙があるので、それを目印に場所を探してください。実際のホテルは建物の4階にあります。 チェックイン時には、建物の入口用、4階へのアクセス用、部屋のカードキーの3つの鍵を受け取ります。 設備や部屋については問題なく、日本人観光客にも十分に快適に過ごせると思います。初めて利用される方は、事前の連絡と入口の場所に注意してください。
