The room was large, quiet and super comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Didn’t like the 3 pm check in with a 10 am checkout. But that was only an issue for me because I was passing through Rome and was just staying the one night.

The hotel room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. The stairway is old, but it’s part of the charm of the place. The elevator is narrow, but it’s an experience. The staff were very helpful.

Wir waren für drei Nächte mit unseren zwei Teenagern in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber, klimatisiert und mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank ausgestattet – alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen: nur wenige Minuten vom Roma Termini entfernt, sodass man Rom bequem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder auch zu Fuß erkunden kann. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

O quarto, além de lindo, era extremamente confortável e grande. As camas e as roupas de cama e toalhas eram impecáveis. Chuveiro muito bom também. Recomendo muito.

Was fun to check-in at the cafe, having an espresso while doing the paperwork. The rooms themselves were a block closer to Termini. Easy to access, good location, a market across the street for supplies. My only issue was the fellow guests loudly rattling their doors in the common area to see if they were locked, and something (elevator?) shaking the dresser sometimes every 20 minutes. Dark room at night and strong AC.

Great location and wonderful Florian restaurant just down the street. Lots of bakeries and restaurants and close to train station. Within walking distance of many historical sights.

Very clean and organized, perfect location. Perfect first 3 nights until the next door guest checked in, zero noise isolation… I can hear they talk laugh and cuff at 7 in the morning

L'emplacement est top à 3 minimutes de la gare termini. L'hôte est à l'écoute, on est arrivés tard elle nous attendait et on pu laisser nos valises pour profiter du dernier jour.

The rooms had character. We had issue with our room which took two days to have someone look at. The staff was friendly enough. Location close to Rome termini and restaurants, cafe. About 30 min walk to main historic sites.

Very well located near the Roma Termini Train station. Great staff. However, the location is very noisy and the property windows are very old and lack proper noise isolation. Not recommended if you need a quiet place to sleep after an active day in Rome.

Extremely noisy, not very comfortable, you have to "check in" at a cafe a block away, the waitress tske picture of your passeport. No way to talk to someone, especially not on Sunday when the cafe is closed.

Rooms were clean. They cleaned and changed linens a couple times in 4 days. No problem there. Beds were not comfortable. Internet was terrible. Our cellphones didn’t have good reception so had trouble using hotspot. Hallway and stairs are in bad need of painting. We got free croissant, coffee and juice each morning except Sunday when restaurant is closed. That was nice to save on breakfast. So I rate it as just okay.

No me gustó que tienes que hacer check in a media cuadra del edificio, y no lo dise en la reserva hasta que estás ahí, es un restaurante así que si llegas darán prioridad a los clientes a pagar su consumo, te dejarán hasta que tengan tiempo para ti, además me sentí que jusga tu apariencia, antes de hacer check in en mala gana. Soy muy amable pero no n cuanto vi su actitud me puso de malas, y él lo noto así que cambio de trato, pero igual no me gustó. No hay papel higiénico, es la primera vez que me toca ver que no tengan la opción por si acaso, lo pusieron hasta el 3er día.

We went to the cafe location (which is quite a way down from the property) to check in and the staff didn’t seem to know anything about the guest house. This was just prior to 14.00. We asked for a coffee whilst we tried to work out what to do and was mocked for having an americano. I messaged the host and no reply so after an hour messaged Expedia who were helpful. Then miraculously the same person who didn’t know what I had asked earlier gave us the keys and door codes! They told us how to check out but there was no mention of any breakfast that other reviews say - So the accommodation is room only. Someone from the cafe took us to the accommodation. On the 4th floor and the building itself as you walk in looks like a horror movie with a small elevator (which breaks down often) and poorly lit (my photos are with flash) The room itself was large and clean. No safe and two interconnecting doors to rooms either side were unsettling. Lots of plug sockets was a bonus. Bathroom is small and shower poor (no bath). The noise was so loud from the street. You hear people talking and the sirens from police etc seemed none stop. Very hard to sleep. The bed was made daily with a chocolate left and no way to say no to this service. Room is a physical key and the door is weak. I wouldn’t have felt safe alone. location is really good. A short walk from the main termini station and the metro. We feel the photos are misleading as the coffee shop and bar are not part of the property.
