Fantastisk perle

Vi har boet 2 gange hos Le stanze di Orazio og elsker stedet. Det ligger i Prati kvarteret tæt på Vatikanet og hvis du gerne vil bo blandt romerne og ikke en masse andre turister, så er dette stedet. Fantastiske Sheryl som serverer morgenmad og ordner værelser (der er 5) tager sig godt af dig. Giuseppe ordner det administrative. Tager du bussen til Vatikankvarteret, booket gennem Getyourguide, så stopper bussen ca. 400 m fra Le Stanze di Orazio. Cola di Rienzo, som er en shoppinggade tæt på, hvor du ikke ser ret mange andre turister har mange specialbutikker og cafeer. Vatikanet samt Piassa de Popolo ligger ca. 15 minutters gang fra Le Stanze di Orazio. Stedet har lukket hele august måned. Kan varmt anbefales:-)

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, l’accueil est chaleureux. La décoration est très jolie. L’hôtel est situé tout près de l’arrêt de bus ‘shuttle bus’ qui dessert l’aéroport, c’est très pratique.

Bon emplacement, bien situé

Nous avons été accueilli par le propriétaire des lieux, un homme très sympathique et chaleureux. L'hôtel est bien situé et dans un quartier relativement calme. Je déconseille de prendre le petit déjeuner chez Brownie &Co nous avons été très mal accueilli et le déjeuner n'est pas spécialement bon. Vous trouverez un petit supermaché prés de l'hôtel et notamment des jus de fruits frais.

Perfect base for exploring the city!

Had a lovely stay - a great base from which to discover Rome. Really close to a lot of the sights and a lovely walk to the Colosseum. Comfortable, light and clean rooms. Would definitely stay agin!

Clean hotel in a good area. Good security.

Great location safe to walk around, supermarket nearby, plenty of cafés airport bus only a few blocks away. Hotel on the first floor, has a lift. Sights within walking distance, metro 10 Min's away.

Great hotel for a couple

The room was nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom was spacious and newly remodeled. Sheryl was very helpful and served breakfast w/ cappucino's

Great area, clean and safe and about 10-15 minutes walking distance to all attractions. The rooms were clean and tidy and good size as well ! We were disappointed in the personal assistance we normally receive in a hotel. But if you are used to a vbro experience you will enjoy. We tend to like more attention while on our stays with help with directions, recommendations on places to eat and go esp in a foreign country. Front desk was always empty when we left in the morning and came home in the afternoon and left again for the evening. Would of been nice to have someone working the front desk a tad more !

Clean room, friendly staff, central location

Wonderful stay at this charming (and extremely affordable) hotel located a short walk away from major attractions - St. Peter's Basilica, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. Thank you to Nausica for your hospitality.

Clean, quiet, and centrally located.

This place is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at... and I travel for a living. Even the baseboards were spotless. The room was quiet at night, the a/c worked well, nice big shower, mini fridge, and flat screen tv. The room is on the smaller side and you have to log into the wifi every time you come back to the room, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Little Gem! I would book this again!

Not easy find if you don't arrive outside the B&B. On arrival the reception give you a map. Buzz & ask for the hotel name; security guy will let you in. Door is on an 10 second auto open/close. Mention the hotel, he'll tell you which floor. Open the door & enter the B&B reception/communal area. I advise calling the hotel informing them of your expected arrival on landing. They'll likely do this before you leave your country as well. Ask the receptionist everything you will need. Restaurants, WiFi, departure day luggage if needed. ASK!!!!! Register WiFi code immediately. One code per devise. The shower and bathroom is excellent. The bed is comfy. The TV unable to find any English channels throughout our stay. The breakfast room wasn't used & were provided tickets for breakfast for a cafe a block round the corner. Use the map. Ask reception about breakfast, we used basic Italian at cafe & didn't get best welcome. Weren't told what we could order, just pointed at and basically grunted. You can order a Tea/Coffee & pastry piece basically. If you need substantial food, eat here then go elsewhere. Exceptional pastries & coffee type stuff. Small restaurants selection in proximity; while food was good in Italy; it lacked real meat & veg & those that sold it, expensive; ended up eating Burger King twice, one stop away using the underground transport. The Underground & Train station is 5-10 min walk from hotel.

Comodo b&b a due passi dal Vaticano

Confortevole e ottima posizione, vicino alla fermata metro Lepanto e ad un paio di fermate autobus. La proprietaria ci ha spiegato cosa vedere nel tempo che avevamo a disposizione e ci ha consigliato dove cenare (consigli eccellenti).Molto disponibili e gentili

Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a great stay! Hotel staff were so accommodating, we couldn't have asked for better. The location was superb, very central, so you could visit all the sights easily.

Kleine mankos, in summe aber gutes hotel.

Wir mussten bei Ankunft trotz Angabe der ungefähren Ankunftszeit vor der Tür warten und öfters anrufen. Nach 5-10 min wurden wir dann aber doch empfangen. Das Hotel War ansonsten sehr schön. Zimmer etwas klein, aber dafür sehr niedlich und ruhig. Frühstück War nicht so der hit, aber ok. Aber in Summe empfehlenswertes kleines hotel.

Great B and B in super location

This is a b and b not a hotel so don’t expect the frills that come with your standard hotel. Instead if you want to stay in more intimate accommodation in a well-appointed room with safe, tea and coffee facilitate and free wifi and receive personalised service this place may be for you. Patri is a great neighbourhood serviced by metro and buses; with an abundance of local restaurants, shops and other services all at hand. My only criticism is that the wifif sometimes dropped out or was very slow uploading data. Otherwise would have awarded 5 stars

Séjour extrêmement plaisant !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, service impécable, personnel très sympathique, à l'écoute et de bon conseil. Situation idéale, à deux pas du Vatican, dans un quartier recherché. Bien que très proche du metro ligne A, on conseille vivement de faire la visite du centre historique à pied (à environs 20 minutes), la marche pour y aller est fort agréable, le long de la via Del Corso. Notre chambre était confortable et climatisée. Salle de bain propre et bien équipée. Bon petit déjeuné, frais et varié. Nous y retournerions sans aucune hésitation!

Perfect city stay hotel

Often when you visit a City, your hotel is simply a place to wash, sleep and keep your stuff with all of your other time spent exploring. This hotel was perfect for this. The room was excellent and the bed comfy. The bathroom was lovely and clean and the shower was good. A basic breakfast was provided which suited us well having filled up on pizza and pasta at lunch and dinner before. To top it all off, the staff were excellent, both knowledgable and friendly. After check out, we left our bags at the hotel in the day and when we returned having been caught (and soaked) in the rain, they were so helpful providing towels and dryers. 10/10 and great value! We will be sure to stay again!
