Very clean room, friendly staff, let us in 30 mins before, EXCELLENT location. The only thing I didn’t like was the building entrance and stairs were pretty dim and dark although light was on.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Rome when booking it. I was unaware that this would have a virtual check-in with no front desk at the location so when arriving and learning this information, I was a little bit taken back as I wasn’t aware of this in advance, I did enjoy the day. The rooms were very clean. The accommodations were good. Location was great. I give it a four star only because it didn’t have a front desk and had more of an Airbnb field to it, but for the cost, it should’ve been a hotel feel again. Everything in the room was comfortable. The beds were well maintained, and since we only needed it for one night, it was a good selection. They were not able to hold your luggage so we did have to put luggage in a locker, which was actually at a nearby location to the hotel.

The place was clean and the location was perfect. However, the shower is incredibly small, barely accommodating anyone. Additionally, there’s ongoing construction, making it impossible to sleep in after 8 am. If your intention is to relax and unwind at the place, I wouldn’t recommend it. Simply sleep and leave.

Area was lovely, but the accommodation was extremely poor. The photos did not show an accurate representation of the bathroom creating a situation in which my elderly parents could not shower. There was mold in the bathroom. Have the owners the opportunity to rectify but nothing was done.Would not stay again.

“I recently stayed here during my trip to Rome. The room itself was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the listing describes it as a ‘suite,’ and in reality it felt more like a standard room with a private bathroom rather than a full suite. When arriving, the building and entrance area gave the impression that it was under construction or still being renovated, which was a bit confusing at first. Inside, there are multiple locked rooms, and you’re directed to your assigned one, so it feels more like a converted apartment setup than a traditional hotel. One downside was the bathroom, which had an unpleasant odor similar to sewer water. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it’s something future guests should be aware of. Overall, the place worked for a short stay, especially if you’re mainly out exploring the city, but I do think the listing could be more accurate so guests know exactly what to expect.”

Modern, beautiful, and very comfortable stay The hotel is brand new — everything is modern, beautiful, and very well maintained. The room was good, comfortable, and well organized. The bed was excellent and super comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep. The shower was perfect — the water pressure and temperature were excellent. The bed linens and towels were excellent quality — very clean and well maintained. The towels were large and very good quality as well. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, and in the room having a kettle with hot water available to make tea or coffee was very convenient and helpful. The room temperature worked perfectly, making the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. 😊

Foi ótimo, é uma estadia simples mas bem no centro dos pontos turísticos em Roma. Quem vai ficar pouco tempo, estar hospedado em um lugar tão centralizado é super importante, porque é possível fazer tudo a pé!

The quadruple room was very spacious for a family of four. Room was very clean and not too noisy considering the bars and restaurants outside. We came back to stay again due to the central location and the large rooms and beds.

La ubicación es ideal, muchos restaurantes alrededor. Cerca a plaza Navona y caminando a prácticamente todos lados. Si tienes problemas con el ruido en las noches, el único inconveniente es que cierran muy tardes los bares y restaurantes y se escucha en el cuarto.

*TRAVELER BEWARE* LOUD AND UNDER CONSTRUCTION - NO concierge - NO amenities - NO toiletries provided - NO luggage storage - LOUD construction - LOUD music - UNDER renovation We spent our first 2 nights in Rome here (Sat + Sun) encouraged by the high rating. Unfortunately, the entire building is under construction. As soon as you enter, you’re greeted by building materials, garbage bags, tools, broken furniture, scrap material, etc. in the lobby. You have to complete all your check-in in advance over email or WhatsApp, after which you’ll be sent a code to enter the building. You’re on your own from here. The building is wrapped in scaffolding for renovations taking place on the outside too, so expect to see construction workers outside your window daily (literally within reach) regardless of which floor you’re on. While the location is very central, you are right next to a night club and the blaring music is so loud that you won’t be able to sleep. The best way to describe it from the room is like being in the washroom of an actual nightclub. The windows aren’t soundproof or at least we didn’t think they were. In terms of the room itself, it was actually quite nice, spacious, and recently renovated. However, there are no amenities whatsoever except a kitchenette with a microwave and kettle in the common area/hallway. They also don’t provide any toiletries so you’ll need to bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc. VERDICT: STAY ELSEWHERE. Overpriced.
