Great location. Walkable to everything. Room was great, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The property was just as listed. It was very quaint and charming. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every aspect of our stay. The daily breakfast was impressive and quite a selection to choose from. The area was also quite pleasant within walking distance to most tourist attractions.

The attention from the staff at the reception and breakfast area is very good, breakfast is really good with several options. Location is great, within walking distance from almost every major place worth visiting; the only issue was that the partition wall at the shower is too short and the slope is not enough to keep the water in, so it leaks into the bathroom floor.

We really like how central it was to sites, restaurants and shopping. I didn't realize how lucky we were that it had air conditioning as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice little hotel on a quiet side street in Rome. Only a handful of rooms, but it's quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very nice. We did not try the attached bistro, but everything we saw looked good.

Friendly, helpful staff at reception & in the breakfast room. Excellent buffet breakfast. Room was at ground level so there were no windows. Lighting particularly in the bathroom could be improved but overall we were very pleased with our 2 night stay.

The air conditioner worked great with temperatures over 90 degrees. Receptionist met us outside and helped us with our luggage and our room was ready before check-in time. Close to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. There are many vendors and restaurants close by,

The staff was so nice and very helpful. We appreciated the large room and comfortable bed. The complementary breakfast was excellent and we really appreciated all the fresh food and service. The one thing we did notice was that the shower water would escape into the bathroom floor area. We rolled a towel up and put it on the floor to keep the water in the shower. All said we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in October, four adults, one of whom is disabled, The staff were amazing even offering to rearrange the reception area to make it easier for us to get the wheelchair through the doors. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The rooms were a little odd in that they are all on the ground floor and whilst both rooms had windows, there was no view because there were doors on the other side. For one room it backed out on the outdoor seating area for the bistro, the other backed onto a street. This did not detract from our stay but if you're looking for somewhere with views of the city this may not be the place for you. Breakfast was what we've had before in Italy, mainly breads, cheese, meat and pastries with a few English items thrown in, with bacon, hot dog style sausage, scrambled eggs and beans on offer. We booked the hotel shuttle back to the airport, 80 euro for a large taxi, which we needed for the wheelchair. Reception staff did give us 4 options for taxi's back including Uber but we chose the hotel arranged transfer. The journey took approximately 40 minutes to Ciampiano airport. Would recommend for somewhere central and within a reasonable walking distance of a good variety of the sights of Rome.
