The host was kind enough to provide water for the guests as well as map of the area and umbrella. The hotel was conveniently walkable to roma termini station.

Perfect for our needs! The apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious, with helpful amenities in lobby. It was a great base for exploring rome, and minutes from central train station. Hosts were responsive and accommodating!

Mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos por las fotos. Una habitación de dimensiones correctas (no es chica), cama cómoda y baño funcional. Tiene aire acondicionado, televisión, una mesa y una silla. En la sala común tiene dispenser de agua y una pequeña heladera. La zona es muy cercana a Termini pero sumamente oscura de noche. No es ruidoso. Si necesitas dejar tu equipaje unas horas extra cobran 3 euros.

This is a gem of a find, less than 5 min from termini station. It was clean, affordable and everything needed for city break. Communication and instructions to access property where excellent. Will definitely be recommending it to family and friends.

O quarto tem um tamanho bom, e estava limpo, o funcionário sempre respondia com rapidez e gentileza. O local fica em um prédio antigo, porém as instalações são novas. Perto da estação termini facilita muito o deslocamento para todos os lugares. E próximo de vários pontos turísticos a pé em média 20 a 30 minutos se tiver disposto a andar.

在羅馬寸土寸金是很不錯的選擇，只是廁所沒有蓮蓬頭比較麻煩，廁所感應式的燈一直自動關閉，夏天應該很熱，我沒有找到能開啟冷氣的地方，晚上只能開窗…其他優點就是離車站很近，房東很親切，有飲水機。

Non posso recensire la struttura perché non ho potuto pernottare per un'infiltrazione nella camera prenotata. Tuttavia, il proprietario della struttura ha trovato una sistemazione analoga in un hotel, situato all'interno dello stesso immobile, e ci ha accompagnati prima al check-in e poi in camera, scusandosi dell'accaduto imprevisto. Un grande encomio per la professionalità e la gentilezza. Grazie.

Its was cleanest accommodation I have ever stay. The room was at perfect condition. It was including shower gel and shampoo. Same time ot was a new bottle can for trip. I can don’t think too much just book.

Location: 5 min walking from Termini, perfect if you need to catch an early train but also well connected by bus and metro to the touristic areas Facilities: it's a floor inside a building that has several hotels / guest houses. the guest house has 6 rooms, each one with its own bathroom. The rooms were clean and comfortable. AC was not strong so the room temperature was never below 26 degrees. There was only one pillow per person, which for me is a negative aspect. The rooms were well isolated as we barely heard other guests or the outside. There is a water dispenser and a mini fridge in the common area. Communication with the host is via whatsapp and check in was also digital, but smooth. For the price, the value you get is really worth it and I would come back.

This was an okay place to stay. Some strange off-putting things made our experience somewhat negative. There was weird satanic art on the walls and a robot that looked like a surveillance device which we made sure to unplug. Other than that, the bathroom, bed, and temperature were nice. You definitely get what you pay for. Located conveniently next to the train station and we had a great day walking to and from.

I really enjoyed my stay at P88 Guesthouse and I would definitely stay again. The location was fantastic, Google maps says it’s 10 minutes from Termini, but it’s actually a bit less. There are lots of restaurants in the area and a mini market right next door. The guesthouse itself is within a building with other guest houses, it’s big and old but well maintained. The lift was quick and worked well. The communal area of the guesthouse has a water dispenser, which was great, I used it a lot! My room was fantastic, it was clean and very spacious. It was decorated to a modern standard and had fantastic open-style storage for my luggage. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. The only thing letting the room down was that there was a large patch of black mould under the window, but when I brought it up with staff (through WhatsApp as the guest house is pretty much self service) they were really polite and said they’d fix it as soon as possible. It didn’t bother me much, I had the window open and I was out for most of the day! I would have liked to have some tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and somewhere to hang my towels in the bathroom, but it was no big deal. Overall, a positive experience and I’m very happy i made the choice to stay at P88
