Lovely room, friendly and helpful staff, great location for exploring Rome. Good communication from the hotel before and during the stay. Only comment is that the breakfast is served in your room (chosen the day before) and the pictures of the breakfast on the Expedia listing are slightly misleading as they seem to show breakfast served at tables.

last-minute booking for my college aged daughter and her boyfriend one night in Rome. Hotel was very good at communicating when I asked questions about getting them safely from airport. Hotel offers private car service but it's approximately 70 oh.

We were staying in Rome for four nights. After our initial difficulty of locating where we were staying it was lovely to stay in this old building. Staff were warm and our room just off reception which at first we thought might be noisy but it wasn’t. Large room, neutral colour scheme, comfy bed and everything needed for a good nights sleep. Breakfast served to our room which was lovely.

Yves was so helpful! He helped with navigating around the city, booking taxis, even with making sure our luggage was found once it was misplaced at the airport! He checked in with us, made sure we were okay, and just an amazing human overall! He truly was our angel! Thank you for employing such a beautiful human!

The hotel location is great, the staff are very attentive and helpful. It was a little bit complicated to find the hotel, on the app does not show the entrance big door I got an email "how to get there" 2 days after I arrived. My recomendación for the hotel management is to improve the bathroom cleaning. There are very good restaurants and rooftop near de hotel.

The superior triple room was perfect, well-located on a quiet street opposite a government building. Well laid out, with good flow for two or even three people, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, a large sink, and a towel warmer running the length of the bathroom. The beds are comfortable with high-quality mattresses, soft memory foam pillows, and a table in the living room that is so cozy and beautifully decorated with mosaic tiles. The staff is very attentive and ensures your satisfaction, and security is guaranteed. The breakfast is generous and can be tailored to your preferences. This was a super convenient location from the Roma Termini train station. Lovely sized rooms and a big bathroom with a rainfall shower. Excellent breakfast option and shared eating/coffee space. Really friendly staff. I would highly recommend staying and would go back.
