Non è un bed&breakfast

Specifico che non è un bed&breakfast ma solo AFFITTACAMERE e così abbiamo dovuto pagare anche extra per fare colazione ogni mattina in un bar. Quindi come Affittacamere (tra l'altro in condizioni pessime da ristrutturare completamente) ha un prezzo troppo alto.Stanza calda con condizionatore inutilizzabile. Splendido panorama a sorpresa, aprendo la finestra, in quanto trovi un muro a un metro di distanza che non permette di vedere niente in nessuna direzione, quindi per sapere come vestirti devi prima uscire dalla porta. Per fortuna una volta usciti puoi passeggiare in un bellissimo cimitero monumentale.

Приехали поздно - по телефону сказали, что ничем помочь не могут и перестали отвечать на звонки, хотя мы заранее предупредили во сколько приедем. Мы остались ночью у запертых ворот. У нас была предоплата. Деньги за ночь не вернули. Hotels.com ничем не помог, прислал отписку, хотя бронировали через них.Хорошо подумайте,нужен ли такой отель и такой Hotels.com.

Located in the middle of three metro stations, around 15 minutes walk from each. Better if private transportation is available. Room is clean and environment is quiet. The place is much like BnB rather than a hotel and should expecting minimal assistance. Ask for kettles, hair-dryers, and microwave at the point of check-in.

Helt okay.

Servicen da vi ankom var god. Der var lidt udfordringer med det engelske, men vi forstod det med lidt forklaringer. Der var en enkelt rengørings”fejl” som tæller ned, men jeg ordnede det selv. Ellers var det en god oplevelse. Dog kunne man godt bruge et ekstra blødt tæppe, når man rejser 2. Herhjemme sover vi med hvert vores, og deler ikke tæppe/lagen med min teenager datter, det er lidt over vores begge intimsgrænse. Men også her fandt vi en løsning selv. Selve værelset var større end forventet, og det var super med aircondition til natten. Fantastisk lokation ca 200-300 meter fra busstoppested og ca 1,5 km fra metro. Jeg ville klart vende tilbage, hvis jeg atter skulle på budgetferie i Rom.

DELUSIONE

per quanto pagato,mi aspettavo qualcosa di piu. Bagno piccolissimo servizi assenti, dal cambio asciugamani alla mancanza di shampoo ecc,l'acqua in doccia non andava via perche sporco il filtro.C'è l'angolo cottura ma non ci sono piatti posate bicchieri , nulla. Qualità-Prezzo assente,per il costo un caffè lo possono anche dare. Lo SCONSIGLIO A TUTTI VIVAMENTE!!!

Estancia pésima/ regular.

Había para cocinar pero habían sartenes ni utensilios. Baño pequeño, sin secador, pie de ducha a menos de metro y medio de un ENCHUFE. Se escuchaban ruidos. Y cobro de 30 euros por llegar a las 9, hora que le estipule y me parece excesivo ( pongo foto).

Pobyt w hotelu.

Hotel słabo oznaczony mjejsce ukryte w bramie. Recepcia a raczej jej brak. Wi-Fi słabe a raczej brak zasiegu. Miejsce skomunikowane ok. Uwaga oplata hotelowa 3.5 € za doba/osoba. W pokoju na scianach grzyb i pleśń. Jedyny plus to skromny ale ładny taras.

Find Hotels with 5 star.This is a 3 or less.

The only Staff member is EXCELLENT name is LALA, very helpful, clean and attentive. But the Hotel needs new bed, new thick comfty pillows, very uncomfortable. TV on 2-3 channels only.

Consiglio di non prenotare la stanza a piano terra con vista sulle caldaie ed abbastanza umida. In bagno abbiamo trovato un solo, piccolo rotolo di carta, insufficiente per 2 pernottamenti in 2. Inoltre il ragazzo all'ingresso mi ha trattenuto 2 minuti per spiegarmi come funzionassero le chiavi, tralasciando i servizi offerti dalla residenza.
