Des l arrivee nous avons ete acceuillis par des personnes compréhensives et volontaires oour nous rendre le séjour des plus agreables. A l écoute, tout a été mis en oeuvre pour nous satisfaire. Extrêmement bien placé, et de haut standing, la chambre nous a permis de nous reposer confortablement après les journées de visite. Seul petir bémol pour les fumeurs, il faut descendre dans la rue.

Friendliest and accommodating staff. Superb location. Extremely walkable, to shopping, landmarks, even to Roma Termini. Trevi Fountain less than 3 minute walk. Great restaurant recommendations by staff. And staff set up transportation to airport!

We always felt safe and comfortable in this beautiful room called Domus Aurea, after much research and review reading we made our first hotel reservation in Italy Rome to stay here and were completely satisfied with our decision. We arrived after 6 PM and were not able to meet someone in person but they made it simple for us to punch in a code and enter the building. We use this cute old-fashioned elevator to arrive to our floor and then entered another code to enter into the hotel Tritone Luxory Suites of Fontana di Trevi. In our room we had our own large sauna, although we didn’t have time to use it, could be pretty cool for those who like to use a sauna. The shower was very spacious with three streaming shower mode and the restroom included a toilet and an Italy style bidet. The room also included a fireplace and a big screen TV with snacks a fridge, coffee and tea options a beautiful wine storage with wine so you could purchase. Overall, the room is beautiful and I will be so happy to stay here again. Next time we come to Italy.

Be specific about what room you want. The rooms are small. And some have no privacy for showering or bathing. The rooms are luxurios, but very small. Very close to Trevi Fountain, and close to everything. There were some communication issues. But the staff was quick to correct it.

Great posh boutique of luxury rooms if you’re looking for something more selective, outfitted with Smart house technology . Very near Trevi Fountain and Piazza di Spagno (Spanish Steps) a 7 min walk. Plenty of restaurants and gelaterias to choose from. Termini Statione 15 min away.

Nice but small

The hotel was in an awesome spot! The room is very clean and everyone was nice. Our room was very very small. Maybe that’s normal for the area but we didn’t have space to put our luggage anywhere. The shower is completely uncovered. So if you are traveling with someone - you should know that! Also, the desk attendant is only there during the day time.

Our stay at Tritone Luxury Suites was excellent. The location is perfect, right beside the Trevi Fountain, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and greeted us with a cheerful “good morning” every day. The room was in excellent condition, with thoughtful features like a rainfall shower and blackout curtains that made our stay even more comfortable. Both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.

I was VIP booking thru expedia but they never offered anything extra or upgrading. It was a luxury room in that it had walls of marble and state of the art tv and lights and hot tub. But we never could figure out the lights even with staying 5 nights. It either turned them all off or all on. Despite the high quality look, we felt it wasnt very practical. The door to bathroom was very heavy and hard to push open. You had to step up to go into toilet then step down walk to other side step up to wash hands. Once is fine but five nights was not enjoyable to do. There was also no where to put anything around sink. We had to move things off small glass shelves to put our daily supplies to get ready out. There was no real shower, it had a tear drop water spout above hot tub that we tried to shower under but it could get the floor and area wet making it very slick and dangerous getting in and out. Also had no door to sink and tub area so was open to room, no privacy. Once one of us coming in hotel door and if someone was walking by could see completely in. It also had no view. Only out to other windows of opposite building. It was also so quiet we almost missed hearing at least some of the noise or goings on of the busy street right outside. The elevator is very old uses a cage type to close. It was fun the first time or two but not when someone wouldnt remember to close completely and we would have run down 4 flights of stairs to close it to get elevator to come up. Could say more.

Right around the corner from the Trevi! The Pantheon room is very tight quarters with little room for luggage but very nice. The bath/shower is huge! Nice touches like Hermes soaps. AC was comfortable for Europe standards. Only suggestion- a bottle of Prosecco with glasses and some hand lotion would be lovely. Would stay again and try the other rooms. Easy to check in and out, very personable friendly staff and accommodating.
