"Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly."

"The location was close to the airport but the unit had some wear and tear. For the price it was ok for one night. There was a fair amount of street noise early in the evening but that seemed to settle down after 10:30. It met our needs for an early morning flight."

"Property was a real find, super close to everything - grocery shop about 2mins walk and even Duomo no more than 10. The balcony provided amazing views over the city. Located in a really safe location, we walked everywhere. The only downside was the fact that it was a top floor flat, so not only did you have to climb a LOT of stairs to get to it, but also in the summer heat it was really hot in the flat. We were provided with fans and there is an A/C, but this is located at the top of the spiral...

"Beautiful and spacious. Exceeded expectations. Booked apartment listed as Superior 2 bedrooms (Blue Klein). Art everywhere. High Ceilings. Clean. Air conditioning. Staff was very responsive to all my messaging and check-in was easy. An elevator into the apartment although our apartment was just one floor up. It looked nice in the pictures, but was even nicer in person. 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - all with showers. There was also a tub in one bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Washer and laundry...
