"This cute bijou property is really well placed. It's close to everything - a few roads south of Bold Street and 5 minutes from John Lewis and entry to the docks.
It's nicely decorated and the staff could not have been more helpful. They genuinely wanted to make sure that we had a good stay.
I appreciated that the walls were thick so there was hardly any noise from neighbouring rooms."

"Very unusual hotel in that there is no reception or staff to be seen. You are sent your entry codes via message for internal and external entry. Very clean and tidy and a super central location. Was surprised to get a maid service but then disapointed we didn't get teas and milks replaced. First world problems. The room had a fridge but it didn't work and so much my milk curdled in it. The shower was powerful but the water was tepid at best. Lots of noise at night due to it's central location...
