"Staff is always welcoming and quick to respond to any needs. This venue has existed for a few years but the facility is well kept. There was a sign at the front desk stating that the pool was out of service, but I don't ask why or for how long it would be out. Room and food service areas were clean. This is great place to stay and have some money left in your pocket when you depart! Thanks for another great stay Comfort Inn 👍👍"

"Room was very disappointing, photos didn’t look anything like what it showed, the carpets were stained, the towels were smelly. Toilet clogged, was still Clogged when I left. No trash in restroom, no bags in trash bins. Very limited items to purchase especially being in a more remote area of restaurants and stores "

"Parking was OK. Room clean , How ever around 3:00 am you could start to smell cigarette smoke coming from another room into mine (303) through the fan in bathroom. Advised front desk when I checked out. Inexcusable since hotel has no smoking policy. Wouldn't recommend that place nor would I ever stay there again."

"Drury is always our first choice, largely because of the evening food and amazing breakfast buffet. This time, because I had suffered a bad injury, I’m using a rolling walker to walk because I’m not released to fully bear weight. We were shocked and disappointed to find there was no ramp to the dining room - only steps. Also the bathroom door in our ADA room swung outwards but would close on its own as you enter the bathroom. "First room we were given had torn curtains and needed to be swept. Elevator was broken all three days. Sign on door to stairs said to bring dirty towels to front desk to exchange for new ones. Never saw anyone from housekeeping. Only positive was exceptional service from breakfast lady. "

"Microwave was extremely dirty everything in the room had dust shower curtain was dirty fridge had tape holding the shelves up in it toilet took forever to flush bathroom amenities where used and some didn't have lids on them like the shower soap but the dust was the main thing it looked like the room had been vacant for months unfortunately I couldn't get my refund back or I would have left in a heartbeat"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was lacking this time during our stay. There wasn’t any yogurt, very little fruit, only apples on the one day. Milk for my coffee came from a large jug and not little milkers which was inconvenient. The toilet in our room did not flush very well and the mirror in the washroom had a big chip where someone could cut themselves."
