"Hotel is very nice and has a great location, safe and easy parking. We did not use the pool,but it looks great and same with the outside area. The water pressure is terrible and we had maintenance come and they cleaned shower head, but it did not change much and then went back to poor pressure and practically no pressure at sink. Towels are not the best, bed is comfy, room was nice and clean. There is Coffee in room, but no coffee in lobby unless you pay for the overpriced coffee at the bistro....

"Un séjour d'une semaine, la chambre était impeccable. Par contre, le bain-douche manquait d'un peu d'amour ! En effet, l'émail du bain était abîmé, le robinet vraiment capricieux et le jet de la pomme de douche était moyen. Il serait avantageux de le remplacer par un douche téléphone de qualité. Concernant la piscine, elle est très grande et bien entretenue, il y avait des serviettes pour tous. Les déjeuners auraient besoin d'un peu plus de variété (nous avions des fruits mélangés et des...

"Property is amazing and home renovation and condition was outstanding, unfortunately we went on a cold weekend and the room was freezing (60°F) with no way to adjust temperature. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. These conditions resulting in almost no sleep."

"The property was wonderful, staff friendly and very helpful. The only things I saw was the sign on front needs fixed partially lit and the awning needs replaced or cleaned (the blue had mold on it black which did not look great) ."

"Stayed at Hoyt House in early April. Weather was lousy. Everything else was great. Location is within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores of Fernandino Beach. Everything in the Inn was in top shape, and a lot of thought clearly went into making the guests comfortable. Umbrellas when it rained. A glass of wine in the afternoon. Plenty of places to sit witha book or other activity. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Our king room on the first floor was very comfortable, spotless, had a large bathroom, and even a little back deck. The historic property was beautifully restored and clearly very well cared for by innkeeper Veronica and her team. Veronica's gourmet breakfasts were a huge treat, different every morning, and served with attention to every detail in the elegant dining room. Veronica was happy to share suggestions on activities and restaurants in the area....
