"We found the hotel to be very clean and the staff fairly friendly. However, we were unhappy with our stay. The train is so loud, it was about 60 feet from our "closed" window. The bed was very firm, almost like sleeping on plywood. Pillows were flat. Between the noisy train and the person across from our room opening and closing their room door about 30 times in the night, we had horrible sleeps. Thank goodness we only stayed two nights."

"As usual, this is my favourite place to stay when I come to Edmonton for work or pleasure. Staff are amazing and super friendly. Rooms are cozy and beds very comfortable. Location is excellent and close to so many restaurants and shops. Do not waste your time staying anywhere else. This is a fantastic place. Cheers ! Pat"

"The hotel is very nice & clean and I like the restaurant is in the hotel, so you don’t need to go out to eat. The cardio room in in the basement which is in the far corner ( my husband came with me, bc I don’t feel comfortable going down by myself) There’s no fans in the room so it gets pretty hot in there. Some equipment need to be maintained or updated as The treadmill emergency switch was missing the clip, the floor mat looked pretty used and could be thrown out as it was pretty dirty. "
