"This is a great little hotel to stay in for a trip to Dubrovnik. It is right in the heart of Old Town and in any direction you can hit the city walls with a 5 or 10 minute walk. The room we got was smallish (it's in Old Town after all), but extremely nice and comfortable with a well functioning air conditioner. "I honestly have almost nothing positive to say about this stay. The room looked nothing like the photos on Expedia and felt dirty, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained. Communication with the owner was poor, and there are a lot of stairs with no assistance, so be prepared with luggage. The room had mismatched furniture and bedding, poor lighting, and a very tacky & cheap setup overall. "We arrived late and soaking wet due to weather and transport issues. Our host kept in communication and stayed back to meet us and provided extra towels and a warm welcome. Location was opposite the bus station which made arrival and departure easy. Local bus was a 20 minute ride to the old town. Restaurants and supermarkets close by."
