"Very clean and great staff"

"The location was good, not great. The city is busy and the hotel was located two blocks off the main drag on a cul de sac which was nice, but on the opposite side was a freeway. Having said that, I was first checked in to a room right off said freeway and I'm sorry, but too noisy for me. The staff were very accommodating, though, and gave me a room much quieter. Having said that, though, although much quieter, the door in this room would not close on its own, but rather had to be pulled shut....

"Todo muy bien, pero el olor a marihuana era demasiado todos los días. Si lo soportas bien, entonces no tendrás problema con tu estadía. Solo tomar en cuenta el precio del depósito, yo reservé por Expedia y la tarifa fue más alta de lo que indicaba la app. Pagué $125 dlls además de otra tarifa del resort fee con el cual no tuve problema. De ahí en fuera, todo estaba bien."

In my case, the property I booked was managed through a third-party provider (Zelloo), which made everything significantly more complicated. The listing looked decent online, but the reality was completely different—the property was outdated and clearly not maintained to any reasonable standard."

"The property was extremely dirty. The rooms were decent, but not all the amenities listed were actually available in the room. Additionally, the washroom had a very unpleasant smell throughout the stay."

"Would not recommend at all.!! Staff was helpful and friendly but ge overall stay was horrible. The room was filthy, the bathroom was dirty to where I had to go to wal.art to buy lysol and cleaning supplies so I could take a shower that had no hot water the whole time I was there. The property was quiet but I felt unsafe the whole time, I took my luggage with me when I left at night. Over all I would not recommend staying here."

"My kids and I loved our stay at this hotel. We travel a lot for her travel ball sport and will be returning here without a doubt. Staff made us feel very welcomed and they were very helpful. We’ve stayed at many hotels from, ranging from different price points and this one was a great selection for us. Will definitely be returning here, not so many hotels focus on providing excellent service but this one did and that is honestly a big key point for us."

"Staff was great and helped in checking us in since we were arriving later in the evening. The room was really nice and we appreciated the location to nearby businesses. The only downside was the breakfast, other than that, I would recommend staying here."
